Laci Scarboro is a dedicated social worker and community leader with a degree from Eastern Kentucky University. As the Executive Director of Clark County Community Services (CCCS), she brings a unique blend of compassion and strategic vision to her role. She works to empower vulnerable residents through programs that provide food, shelter, clothing, and other vital assistance.
With a strong commitment to community sustainability and growth, Laci focuses on addressing systemic issues that perpetuate poverty and crisis. Her leadership at CCCS emphasizes breaking down barriers to self-sufficiency, particularly for low-income, unhoused, and recovering individuals.
A passionate advocate for collaboration and equity, Laci has cultivated partnerships that challenge the status quo and foster belonging. She recently participated in the Building Trust and Belonging cohort, which further deepened her commitment to creating transformative, inclusive systems.
